A Study on Dyeing of Silk Fabric with C.I. Reactive Orage 16

Abstract

The dyeing experiments were attempted to rocess a silk fiber which is self-supplied raw material in our textile industry into a high grade. A reactive dyestuff C.I. Reactive Orange 16 was used throughout this work and silk fabric was degummed by an enzyme degumming method and then extracted with alcohol, whereas the commercial dye was purfiied by being dissolved in D.M.F., filtered and precipitated with acetone. In this paper, the property analysis of the dye was conducted and a hydrolysis speed coefficient was measured. The effects of Glauber's salt, sodium carbonate, Matexil, temperature, and time on dye exhaustion were examined as well. From the experimental data a regression curve and optimistic value was determined bya computer and identified with the scattered spots in figures.

우리나라 섬유공업의 유일한 자급원료인 명주 섬유에 대하여 반응성 염료에 의한 염색실험을 시도했다. 염료는 C.I. Reactive Orange 16을 사용하였다. 실험재료를 정제함에 있어 명주직물은 우선 효소정련법으로 세리신을 제거하고 다시 알콜로 추출 했으며 염료는 시판염료를 D.M.F에 용해한후 여과해서 아세톤에 침전시키는 D.M.F-아세톤 정제법을 썼다. 실험 내용은 염료의 성질분석, 가수분해 속도계수 측정, 황산나트륨, 탄산나트륨, 균염제, 온도, 시간이 염착률에 미치는 영향을 검토했다. 실험결과 얻은 자료는 컴퓨터를 이용해서 회귀곡선과 최적값을 구하고 ㅡ림에서 산점데이터들과 비교하도록 하였다.
