Abstract

The purpose of this study is to examine the user interface of digital information service in university libraries. Twenty-eight university libraries are analyzed by five characteristics； access point, operational characteristics, interface listing items. user help function, search types. The result of this study shows that both functions and interface design of digital information service in university libraries need to be Improved.

본 연구는 대학도서관 전자정보서비스의 이용자 인터페이스에 관하여 조사 분석하였다. 연구의 조사대상으로는 국내 28개 대학도서관을 선정하였으며 이용자 인터페이스를 접근점, 운영적 특성, 인터페이스 수록항목, 이용자 도움기능, 검색기능 등 서비스의 내용적인 면과 형태적인 면에서 비교 분석하였다. 그결과 이용자 친화적인 인터페이스 기능을 갖추기 위하여는 각 항목별 수정 보완이 요구되었다.
