Abstract

Menstural hemoptysis is charicterized by both being attacked on the cycle of menstruation and decrease in menstrual quantity. We treated a 21-years-old female patient who complained of menstrual period hemoptysis. We diagnosed as Sim sin bul gyo(心腎不交), and employed Oriental medical treatments; herb medication, acupuncture and moxa therapy. The chief complaint was improved.
