Abstract
Endometriosis is an important causing factor to pelvic pain. In Traditional Korean Mcdicine(T.K.M), its etiology is blood stasis. Due to increase in women social workers having a lot of stress and wide open sexual contact, the woman could cause part infection and this result in blood stasis in pelvic area. Because of all these reasons the many patients are making complaints about this disease and diagnosis opportunity has been increased since wide use of non-invasive diagnostic method been used to find pelvic pathologies. So this disease is now one of the very often seen disorders in clinical field of T.K.M Ob&Gy. For this reason the author explains in this thesis that clinical treatment as T.K.M combining with modern diagnosis for endometriosis. T.K.M herbal treatment, acupuncture, and Reserved-enema therapy could treat blood stasis in pelvic area and timid status, it has bright future. If there are patients willing to have pregnancy, one should look out ovulation cycle and T.K.M Treatment is very effective.
