Abstract
Cold hypersensitivity means a condition feeling cold at a temperature when one should not so. Many patients of Oriental Gynecology are conscious of cold hypersensitivity. Purpose : We aimed to study cosciousness of cold hypersensitivity of Oriental Gynecology patients and cosciousness classified by disease Method : For 5 months from January to May in 2001, we investigated 235 patients who answerd by a questionnnaire at Dong Eui Medical center. Result : 1. 94.47$\%$ of patients are conscious of cold hypersensitivity. 2. In the distribution according to the part, there are hole body, hands and feet, lower abdomen, external genitals, lumbus and knees, the back. 3. In the distribution according to the age, there are many cold hypersensitivity at the group of more than 28 4. Cold hypersensitivity of hole body, lumbus and knees, external genitals are increased according to the age but, hands and feet, the back, lower abdomen are not increased. 5. The rate of conscious of cold hypersensitivity classified by disease there are many morbid leukorrhea, postpartum general aching, natural abortion but, there is a few myoma. 6. The patients who take with morbid leukorrhea are conscious of cold hypersensitivity in external genitals severely. 7. The patients who are extracted at the uterus are conscious of cold hypersensitivity similary with other patients. According in the fact mentioned above, many patients of Oriental Gynecology are conscious of cold hypersensitivity, therefore management of cold hypersensitivity is important at the treat of Oriental Gynecology disease.
