Abstract
Objective : The purpose of this study was to investigate the effect of Lacas Sinicia Exsiccate used to inhibit growth of human uterine myoma and human uterine adenocarcinorma.Method : We researched several books dealing with Lacas Sinicia Ezsiccate.Results : 1. Lacas Sinicia Exsiccate is dried resin of Rhus verniciflua Stokes belonged to Anacardiaceae.2. Lacas Sinicia Exsiccate is acrid,warm,salty and harmful in nature. It mainly relates the therapeutic action of liver,spleen stomach,large and small intestine.3. Lacas Sinicia Ezsiccate has effects of promoting blood circulaton, hemostasis, insecticide, resolution abdominal mass. Therefore it affects on congestive disease of women, lumbago due to cold, tumorous disease.4. Lacas sinicia Ezsiccate is prescribed for syndrome of the blood system of women (i.e pain due to blood,mass due to extravasated blood, amenorrhea) and gastrointestinal disease. By external application, it is also used to lochiostasis etc.5. On toxicity, Lacas Sinicia Exsiccate has to be used prudentially to person which has no accumulation, pregnant-woman, weak people, persons particularly liable to develop skin infection, intolerance of Lacas Sinicia Exsiccate.6. Lacas Sinicia Exsiccate has to be parched in pieces. It promotes blood circulation and stops bleeding in committed to the flames.7. The chief ingredients of Lacas Sinicia Exsiccate are 80%-urushiol, htdrourushiol, luccase, gum. Urushiol has a factor inducing dermatitis on specific person.8. Thesrefore it is prescribed for reproductive tumor of woman, gastrointestinal disease vascular formation of tumor and has an effedt on tumorous disease of woman.
