Body fat of normal delivery group reduced 0.64${\pm}$2.27. And ceasarian section group reduced 2.67${\pm}$1.43. Case of lactation period was less than 1 month, body fat reduced 0.7${\pm}$2.3 and more than 1 month, reduced 1.07${\pm}$2.3. Conclusion : This study suggests that pregnancy and delivery can cause weight gain but the changes of body fat and BMI has no relationship with those factors(the number of delivery, mode of delivery, lactation period). And there is no relationship between the rate of body fat, BMI reduction, weight retention and weight gain during pregnancy period.
