A Study on the User`s Satisfaction in the Recreational Forests - Bysulsan, Unmunsan and Tonggosan recreational forests -

자연 휴양림 이용자 만족도 연구 - 비슬산, 운문산, 통고산 자연휴양림을 중심으로 -

Abstract

This study was carried out to measure the user's satisfaction on the recreational resources such as scenic beauty, forest resources, recreational facilities as well as rnanagemental aspects for three recreational forests in Daegu and Kyungbuk province. For this study, a survey was conducted 578 visitors among Bysulsan, Unmunsan, and Tonggosan recreational forests. To fulfill the objective of the study, data were analyzed by descriptive statistics, ANOVA test, and regression analysis. The results of this study can be summarized as follows : i) it was found that users' overall satisfaction on forest landscape was strongly influence by forest type and amount of water in ravine. ii) users' overall satisfaction on facilities was strongly influence by restroom, accommodations, and service facilities. It was intended to propose the strategies to develop and manage the recreational forest in efficient manner.

본 연구에서는 자연휴양림의 유형별로 경관 및 풍치, 산침자원, 이용시설 그리고 휴양림 관리 등의 휴양자원에 대한 이용객의 평가를 실시하였다. 본 연구의 조사에 응한 방문객 수는 비슬산, 운문산, 통고산 자연휴양림을 방문한 578명이었다. 본 연구의 자료 분석은 탐색적 분석, 분산분석, 그리고 회귀분석을 통하여 실시하였다. 본 연구를 통하여 얻은 결과는 다음과 같다. 1) 자연휴양림을 방문한 방문객들의 만족도는 대부분 경된 요소 중 임상과 계곡의 수량 둥의 요소에 크게 영향을 받는 것으로 나타났다. 2) 방문객들의 만족도는 시설요소들 중 대부분 화장실, 숙박시설, 편의시설 요소 등에 크게 영향을 받는 것으로 나타났다. 그러므로 방문객의 만족도에 따른 자연자원과 시설자원에 따른 전략적인 개발과 관리가 필요하다.
