Abstract
An optimal design method of rainfall network was studied using the stochastic characteristics of measured rainfall data and two kinds of optimization techniques. The objective function was constructed with the estimation errors of areal rainfall and observation costs of point rainfall. A kriging model was selected as the stochastic variance estimator to minimize the error terms. The optimal design of rainfall network was tried by a trial error method, simulated annealing and tabu search, in the Yongdam dam basin. The accuracy of mean rainfall by simulated annealing technique was improved about 13.6% than that of existing network and the technique was able to solve the large network problem with less time. A tabu search algorithm was applied to find the global optima and it improved the accuracy about 4.8% compared with that of simulated annealing. The combined method of the simulated annealing and tabu search, which use the results from simulated annealing as the initial values of tabu search, showed the best result of network design.
기존 강우관측자료의 통계적 특성과 2가지 최적화기법을 이용하여 강우관측망의 최적설계 방법을 연구하였다. 최적설계를 위한 목적함수는 면적강우량의 추정오차 및 지점강우량 관측비용의 항으로 구성하고, 오차항의 최소화에 필요한 통계오차 추정에는 크리깅 모형을 채택하였다. 시행착오법과 2가지 최적화기법으로 어닐링모의와 타부탐색을 이용하여 용담댐유역의 강우관측망 최적설계를 연구하였다. 어닐링모의에 의한 최적화 결과는 시행착오 법보다 13.6%의 정확도 개선을 보였고, 타부탐색의 적용은 최적치를 구하는데 어닐링모의보다 4.8%의 개선을 보였다. 어닐링모의 결과를 타부탐색의 초기 값으로 이용하는 2기법의 결합방법이 관측망설계에 가장 좋은 것으로 나타났다.
