Selection of Korean Black Raspberry (Rubus coreanus Miq.) for Larger Fruit and High Productivity

대립 다수성 복분자딸기 선발에 관한 연구

Abstract

This study was conducted to select Korean black raspberry(Rubus coreanus Miq.) for high productivity.The eight major agronomic traits were investigated from 198 clones of the clone bank established in ForestResearch Institute, Suwon, Korea. The investigated traits were very variable depending on clones.Length of fruiting lateral showed a significant positive correlation with no. of flower and no. of fruit perfruiting lateral, fruit width, fruit weight at 1% level. But soluble solids content showed a significantnegative correlation with no. of flower and no. of fruit per fruiting lateral, fruit width, fruit length, andfruit weight except the length of fruiting lateral.The selection level based on no. of fruit per fruiting lateral over 20, and fruit weight over 1.3g, andyield per fruiting lateral over 25g, was applied on 198 clones, resulted in 17 clones selected. The selectioneffect from selected clones in no. of flower and no. of fruit per fruiting lateral, fruit weight, and yieldper fruiting lateral were evaluated as 140.1%, 142.2%, 116.3%, 163.6% compared to the mean of thoseof 198 clones, respectively.The yield per fruiting lateral was the highest value in Gochang 3 (49.9g), and fruit weight the biggestin Chungju 13 (1.65g). Chungju 13 also showed that yield per fruiting lateral and yield per bush were35.5g, 6.7kg, respectively, suggesting a promising new cultivar for larger fruit and high productivity.

상업적으로 재배가능한 대립다수성의 복분자딸기 우량개체 선발을 위하여 임업연구원에 조성된 클론보존원의 14개 집단 198를론을 대상으로 제 형질을 조사하였다. 집약재배시 중요한 8가지 농업적 형질을 조사한 결과는 클론간 다양한 변이를 보였으며, 이들 형질간 상관분석을 실시한 결과 결과지 길이는결과지당 개화수 및 결과수, 과실횡경, 입중과 1% 유의수준의 正의 상관을 보인데 반해 과실당도는 과지길이를 제외한 결과지당 개화수 및 결과수, 과실 횡경 및 종경, 입중과 負의 상관을 보였다. 재배시 주요 개량대상형질의 선발기준으로 결과지당 결과수가 20개 이상이고 입중이 1.3g 이상이며결과지당 수확량이 25g 이상으로 선발하였을 경우 고창3호 등 17클론이 선정되었다. 이들 선발클론을198클론 전체평균과 비교하였을 때 결과지당 개화수 및 결과수의 선발효과는 각각 140.1%, 142.2%였으며, 입중 및 결과지당 수화량에서는 116.3%, 163.6%로 나타났다. 다수확성의 기준이 되는 결과지당 수확량은 고창3호가 49.9g으로 가장 많았으며, 입중에 있어서는충주13호가 1.65g으로 가장 컸다. 특히 충주13호는 결과지당 수확량 및 본당 수확량도 각각 35.5g,6.7kg으로 우수하여 대립다수성 우량품종으로의 선발가능성을 확인할 수 있었다.
