Effects of Subfractions of Cibotii Rhizoma on Longitudinal Bone Growth of Adolescent Rats

Abstract

목적: 狗育의 성장촉진효과는 이미 보고된바 있다. 본 실험은 狗育추출물을 핵산층, 클로로포름층, 에칠아세테이트층, 부탄올층 및 물층의로 분리하여 어느 분획의 성장촉진효과가 가장 뛰어난지를 연구하기위해 구상되었다. 방법: 장골 길이성장에 대한 효과를 측정하기 위하여 테트라사이클린을 이용한 형광염색법과 성장관 높이 및 성장관 내 연골세포 증식도를 측정하였다. 결과 : 실험결과 핵산층 투여군에서 유의한 골성장억제를 관찰할 수 있었고, 클로로포름층 및 부탄올층 투여군에선 모두 골성장이 유의하게 증가되었다. 결론 : 狗育에서 청소년기 골 길이성장을 조절하고 촉진시키는 작용을 가질 것으로 생각되어지는 성분은 클로로포름층 및 부탄올층에 함유되어있을 것으로 예상되며 핵산층의 경우는 성장을 억제하는 성분을 함유하고 있을 것으로 생각된다.
