Counseling about Teratogenicity Risks Associated with Medications during Pregnancy

Abstract

일반적으로 약물사용의 이익이 위험성보다 크지 않으면 임신 중 약물사용은 추천되지 않고 있다. 그러나 실제로 위험성이 극히 적은 약임에도 불구하고 의사나 임신부의 잘못된 지식으로 인하여 불필요한 임신중절을 하거나 투약을 하지 않아 임신부의 증상을 완화시켜 주지 못하거나 심지어 태아에도 해가 되는 경우도 있다. 따라서 임신부에서 약물투여를 고려하거나 임신 중 약물복용에 대한 상담 시 이에 대한 적절한 정보를 제공할 수 있어야 한다.
