Abstract

본 문헌연구에서는 범죄위험성의 평가절차의 현주소를 알아보고, 어떤 문제들이 상존하며 그에 대한개선방안은 무엇이 있는지에 관하여 살펴보았다. 이를 위하여 국내 형사소송 절차의 개별 단계상에서 위험성의 평가를 어떤 방식으로 수행하고 있는지를 우선 살펴보았다. 나아가 재범예측을 위한 위험성 평가의 최근 출세는 무엇인지 그리고 보준화된 외곽의 위텀성 평가도구들의 특징은 무엇이고그들의 재범예측력은 어느 정도인지 알아보았다. 이런 도구들과 비교하여 국내의 위험성 평가절차는어떤 측면에서 개선되어야 하는지 논의하였다
