Clinical Effect of a Combination of Physical Therapy Modalities on TMD Patients

측두하악장애 환자에서 복합적인 물리치료법의 임상효과에 관한 연구

Abstract

측두하악장애 치료시 사용되는 복합적인 물리치료법의 임상적 효과를 평가하기 위해 측두하악장애 환자 54명을 그 세부 진단명에 따라 근육장애환자, 관절장애환자 및 복합장애환자로 나누고 각 군을 저주파 전자침 자극요법만을 시행한 대조군과 저주파 전자침 자극요법 및 초음파를 복합적으로 시행한 실험군으로 구분하여 치료 전과 치료 2주 후에 측정한 임상지수와 압력통각역치를 비교한 결과 측두하악장애 환자의 치료에 있어 복합적인 물리치료법은 단일 물리치료법에 비해 효과적이며 이는 특히 관절과 근육에 함께 문제가 있는 복합장애환자에서 더욱 그러하다. 본 연구는 복합적인 물리치료법의 임상적인 효과를 보여줌으로써 향후 측두하악장애 환자의 치료시 물리치료법의 선택에 있어 한 방법을 제시하고자 한다.
