Effect of Vomiting in the Intraoral Incidence of Helicobacter pylori

Abstract

구토가 Helicobacter pylori(H. pylori)의 구강내 발현에 있어서 어떤 영향을 미치며, H. pylori의 전염양상과 상관관계가 있는지를 평가하였다. 조선대학교 치과병원 구강내과에 내원한 위․십이지장 질환을 포함한 전신질환의 병력이 없는 환자중에서 한달내 구토 경험이 한번이상 있는 건강한 성인 36명과 대조군으로 구토 경험이 없는 40명을 대상으로 타액내의 H. pylori의 유무 및 검출빈도를 중합효소연쇄반응을 이용하여 분석 평가한 결과 구토 경험이 있는 군에서 30명(83.3%), 그리고 대조군에서 17명(40.2%)이 양성으로 나타나 유의한 차이를 보였다. 이상의 연구결과를 종합하면 구토는 구강내 H. pylori의 발현을 증가시키며 H. pylori의 위장-구강 전염에 중요한 요인임을 알 수 있었고, 구강이 H. pylori의 감염과 전염에 근원이 될 수 있음을 추론할 수 있었다.
