골반 골절환자의 치험 1례

Abstract

Objective : We got a good effect on one patient who was diagnosed Pelvic Bone Fracture. Methods : First we are based on a principle Bed Rest and prescribed herbal medicine and acupunctured. Step by step patient begin movement we used cupping therapy, physical therapy. Results : Patient's chief complain is low back pain, buttock pain, leg rediating pain of Lt side. After treatment most symptoms were described. VAS score changed from 10 to 1 for eight weeks. Conclusion : In case of Pelvic Bone Fracture, if stabled conditon, oriental medical therapy are good results. It was needed comparison that oriented and western medical value for the future.
