One was controlled class with face-to-face and 33 students. The other was experimental class with ICT and 34 students. Before the lesson, both of them took extro/introvert character types test consisting of 21 questions which were extracted from MBTI. The major findings of this study were as follows: (1) The students learned with ICT showed statistically higher learning achievement of the lesson than the students learned through face-to-face method did. (2) The students with introvert character type showed statistically higher learning achievement of the lesson than the students with extrovert character type did.
