Abstract
Civic voluntary co-participation enhances the social value of urban parks. And social capital enables co-participation to enhance social value, because it cultivates communality to make cooperation toward desirable goals. So this study focuses on how the social relationship in the voluntary organization generates social capital. And the purpose of this study is to examine what factors influence 'trust', which is the essence of promoting social capital in voluntary organization. And in consideration of multi-dimensional concept of trust, this organizational personal trust(OPT) is analyzed into knowledge(OKT), emotion(OET), and behavior(OBT) dimensions. The major findings are as follows : 1) OPT were influenced by (1) the psychological continuance motive of volunteering(OPCMV) (2) the degree of on-line participation(OONP) and (3) general trust about social members(CST). 2) OKT were influenced by (1) OPCMV (2) the positiveness in respondent's most important voulatary organization(VOP) (3) the assembly identity as a friend(AIF) (4) general trust about social institution(IST), 3) OET by (1) OPCMV (2) OONP (3) CST, and 4) OBT by (1) OPCMV, (2) OONP (3) AIF (4) CST. Based on these findings, the organizational personal trust(OPT) was decisively affected by the emotional dimension of trust(OET).
