A Study on Earned Value Management System by Conclusion Types of a Work Contract

Abstract

Recently our government operates earned value management system (EVMS) for improving work management system of the construction projects over specific scale. Client to preside over a work and contractor to apply and use earned value management system have a hard difficulty because of provisional application and operation of a typical report type and earned value management system by conclusion types of a work contract. The study suggests typical earned value management system by conclusion type of a work contract which is applied to domestic construction. The methodology adopted in the present study will be able to use nat only for the civil works but also buildings in common.

최근 정부는 공사의 효율적인 관리를 위하여 일정금액 이상일 경우 기성관리체계를 적용하여 운영하도록 하였으나, 공사계약체결 유형별 비정형화된 보고서 형식과 기성관리운용체계로 인하여 공사를 감독하는 발주자나 기성관리체계를 적용하여 운용하는 시공자 모두 그때그때 임의로 적용하여 운용하고 있어 많은 어려움이 있는 실정이다. 이에 본 연구에서는 이러한 문제점을 해소하기 위해서 국내건설공사 환경에 부합하고 현장단위에서 효율적으로 적용할 수 있는 계약체결 유형별로 정형화된 기성관리운영체계를 제시하였다. 따라서 기성관리체계를 적용하여 관리하는 건설공사 현장에 제안된 연구를 활용하여 적용할 경우 그 동안의 부적절함을 해소하여 효과적으로 적용 가능한 기성관리체계가 될 것으로 확신한다.
