Abstract

Traffic accident is car, railroad, vessel, aircraft between while run transportation and a person or object instigate or touches that die a person or destroys goods. Increase of traffic discharge and diversification of transportation, in actuality of our country that road situation by high speed of vehicles is not good traffic accident occurs frequently and accident aspect or the form magnify. Pain of neck region that appear after receive first damage, backbone surrounding muscle tissue is involved as secondary to restrict extent of function of neck. This happens by direct damage or penalty cost in muscle. Such damage is worse by normal function of neck bone because cause damage in muscle and ligament and usually healing is slow. The purpose of this study is to do so that massage and traction method of treatment may be used as curative means that is the one. When did massage therapy and traction method of treatment to 19 people among patient less than 8weeks after traffic accident more than 30 years old, balance and result that recognize change of muscle test are as following: 1) There was a Significant different for Balance ability(two foot & one foot stand) of after 4 weeks treatment period(p<0.05). 2) There was a significant different for Muscle function test of after 4 weeks treatment period(p<0.05).
