Abstract
Road traffic safety improvement projects should be performed considering the number and severity of accidents. However,accidents do not represent the degree of hazards of the highways. In this sense, the characteristics of traffic and roadway shouldncialroad during 2000-2002 have been analyzed. From the analysis, factors influencing trafic acidnets have been identified. Thepriorities of each factor have also been identified by AHP. In order to use the developed methodology easily in the real worldsituation, the awarded points of each factor also have been proposed. Through this, we sugest hazardous road selection cri-teria for provincial road considering the number of accidents method and road and traffic characteristics.
도로교통안전관리 사업은 사고에 대한 고려뿐만 아니라, 도로 및 교통특성이 가미된 종합적인 방법에 의해 시행되어야 한다. 하지만, 현재 국내에서 실시되고 있는 도로교통안전관리 사업은 단순히 사고건수만을 이용하여 개선사업이 시행되고 있는 실정이다. 이러한 문제점 해결을 위해 본 연구에서는 2002년 기준의 지방도를 대상으로 사고자료(2000년~2002년)를 분석하여 지방도 사고특성을 도출하였고, 선행연구고찰을 통해 위험도로에 관한 요소를 수집하였다. 요소들에 대한 AHP분석을 통해 중요도를 산출하였고, 현장적용이 용이하도록 배점화하였다. 이를 통해 기존의 사고건수에 의한 방법과 도로 및 교통특성을 고려한 지방도 위험도로 선정을 제시하고자 한다.
