마찰하전 의한 플라스틱의 하전특성및 대전서열정립에 관한 연구

Abstract

The triboelectrostatic separation system is composed of tribo-charging of materials and separation of charged material in an electric field. The selective charging and optimum charge density of materials are most important for separation efficiency. In this study, we developed a new charger that moves vertically and the charging materials, and measured charge polarity and charge density of plastics using a Faraday cage. The results were then used to estimate the work function of plastics and to establish the triboelectric series of plastics. Also, we investigated effects of various factors on the charge polarity and the charge efficiency, and obtained a basic data that can be used for effective separation of waste plastics

마찰하전형정전선별법을 이용한 혼합플라스틱의 재질분리 시스템은 마찰하전과 하전된 물질의 전기장 내에서의 분리로 대별된다. 특히 마찰하전은 재질의 선택적 하전과 최적 하전량 구현이 무엇보다 중요하다. 이를 위해 본 연구에서는 기존의 하전방식 이외의 새로운 수직 왕복형 하전장치와 하전물질들을 개발하였으며, faraday cage로 플라스틱의 하전극성과 하전량을 측정하였다. 금속의 일함수 값과 각 플라스틱 하전량의 관계를 이용하여 범용 플라스틱의 일함수 값을 산정하였으며, 플라스틱의 종류별 하전극성과 대전의 크기를 비교하여 대전서열을 정립하였다. 또한 하전극성과 하전효율에 영향을 미치는 여러 가지 인자들의 하전특성을 조사하여 산지별 폐플라스틱 재질분리를 예측할 수 있는 자료를 확보하였다
