Abstract

As a result of natural enemy survey against the Japanese pine sawyer (Monochamus alternatus (Hope 1842)), the major vector of pine wood nematode (Bursaphelenchus xylophilus (Steiner & Buhrer 1934)), many samples of the ectoparasitic wasp, Sclerodermus harmandi (Buysson 1903) were collected nationwide in Korea from June to October in 2005. It is redescribed with the figures and biometric data of apterous and alate females.
