Abstract
Electrolytic treatment of waste food effluent was studied with a bipolar packed bed electrolytic cell(BPBC) loaded with granular activated carbon in experiment condition, The removal efficiency of NaCl and chemical oxygen demand(COD) in experimental condition of 7V were 99.9 and 91.8% and total nitrogen(T-N), total phosphate(T-P) were 89.3, 29.4%, respectively. The removal efficiency of COD, NaCl, T-N, and T-P were best when the distance between the electrodes was 10mm. Removal efficiency of COD, NaCl, T-N, T-P were 91.8, 99.8, 89.5, 29.9%, respectively when charge loading was at $192 F/m^3$. However in case of charge loading was above at $192 F/m^3$, removal efficiency of pollutants was not improved.
입상활성탄 충전복극전해조를 사용하여 음식물쓰레기 배출수를 전해 처리한 결과 7V의 전해조 전압에서 NaCl, COD 제거효율은 99.9, 91.8%이었고 T-N, T-P 제거효율은 89.3, 29.4%이었다. 전극간 거리가 10 mm일 때 COD, NaCl, T-N, T-P 제거효율은 우수하였으며 전하부하량이 $192 F/m^3$이었을 경우 COD, NaCl, T-N, T-P 제거효율이 각각 91.8, 99.8, 89.5, 29.9%이었으나 전하부하량이 $192 F/m^3$ 이상에서는 오염물질 제거효율은 향상되지 않았다.
