Abstract
The construction waste quantity is reaching to 43,850,000 tons/year and it is 120,000 tons/day. And recycling of the construction waste quantity will increase. So this research was constructed to consider that waste concrete sludge is recycling. A waste concrete sludge was added instead of cement and slag by a raw material of an soil stabilizer. It was considered by an soil stabilizer material. The performance of soil stabilizer was insufficient that sludge was added 10% by substitution material of cement and slag. When leading alkaline activation and a ettringite generation reaction, it was expected that waste concrete sludge is possible by a raw material of soil stabilizer to 10%.
