Abstract

The current study examined the relationships between the adolescent's communication and attachment with parents on their leadership life skill. Firstly, results showed that adolescent's communication style with their parents affects their own leadership life skill. In detail, higher communication openness with parents was, the superior to communication competent ability, communication decision ability, interpersonal relationship ability were. Secondly, adolescent's attachment with their parents affects their own leadership life skill. In detail, higher attachment with their parents was, the higher communication competent ability, communication decision ability, interpersonal relationship ability and problem solving ability were. Limitations and suggestions for future study were discussed thereafter.
