Abstract

The purpose of the study is to propose activation methods of the forest therapeutic function in recreational forest through the literature related to domestic and foreign forest therapy. Learn current status and case studies, has proposed methods. Facilities related aspects proposed the application of universal design and the placement of accommodation for a variety of visitors. managements related aspects proposed customized programs to target segmentation and publicity through a publication. Legislative system related aspects proposed four methods. First, recreational forest should be classification in order to specialization induction of forest therapeutic function. Second, it is to implement the forest therapist certification system through complementary of forest interpretation certification system and horticultural therapist system. Third, recreational forest resource should be preserve against reckless damage Because of this, There is a need for management and restoration plan. Finally, assessment scale should be developed for objective estimation of forest therapeutic function.

본 연구는 자연휴양림 산림치유기능 활성화 방안을 제시하기 위한 것으로, 국내 외 산림치유와 직 간접적으로 관련된 문헌조사를 통해 연구 현황과 사례를 알아보고, 활성화 방안을 제시하였다. 시설설비측면에서는 다양한 이용자들을 수용하기 위한 유니버셜 디자인 도입과 숙박시설 배치 형식을 제안했다. 운영관리측면에서는 대상을 세분화하여 맞춤형 프로그램을 제공하는 것과 간행물을 통한 홍보를 제안했고, 마지막으로 법제도화측면에서는 4가지 방안을 제안하였다. 첫째, 자연휴양림마다 특성화된 산림치유기능 도입을 위한 유형화를 진행한다. 둘째, 기존의 숲 해설관련 인증제도, 원예치유사 제도를 보완하여 산림치유사 인증제도를 시행한다. 셋째, 무분별한 이용으로 인한 훼손을 방지하기 위해 자연휴양림의 자연자원의 관리 및 복원계획을 마련한다. 마지막으로, 산림치유의 효과의 객관적인 평가를 위한 평가척도를 개발하는 것이다.
