Abstract

The purpose of this study is to classify the elderly women's trunk and analyze their characteristics. The subjects of this study were 190 females who aged from 60 to 79 in Pusan. Eight factors were extracted by factor analysis and four types were classified by cluster analysis. The characteristics of four types were analyzed by ANOVA and Duncan-test. The differences between 60-69 age group and over 70 age group were analyzed by analysis of contingency table. Four types were classified type1(31.05%) that was normal type to have A-shaped body, type2(38.42%) that was obesity type to have Y-shaped body, type3(15.79%) that was normal type to have H-shaped body and type4 (14.74%) that was thin type to have X-shaped body. And type2 and type3 were mainly distributed in 60-69 age group, type1 and type4 were mostly distributed in over 70 age group.

본 연구는 노년기 여성의 상의 패턴 설계를 위한 몸통 체형을 분류하고 체형 유형별 특성을 분석하기 위하여 부산에 거주하는 만 60세 이상의 여성 190명을 대상으로 하였다. 38개 인체측 정치로부터 계산된 29개 항목에 대해 인자분석을 실시하여 8개 인자를 추출한 후 군집분석을 실시하여 몸통 체형을 4개로 분류하였다. 또한 분산분석과 Duncan test를 실시하여 몸통 체형의 유형별 특성을 분석하고, 분할표 분석을 실시하여 체형 유형에 따른 연령별 출현 비율을 분석하였다. 몸통 체형은 휜 자세의 A형 정상 체형인 유형 1(31.05%), 바른 자세의 Y형 비만 체형인 유형 2(38.42%), 젖힌 자세의 H형 정상 체형인 유형 3(15.79%), 굽은 자세의 X형 마른 체형인 유형4(14.74%)의 4개로 분류되었다. 체형 유형에 따른 연령별 분포는 유형 2와 유형 3에는 노년 전기여성이 주로 분포하고, 유형 1과 유형 4에는 노년 후기 여성이 주로 분포하였다.
