The effects of muscle function of isokinetic exercise and serve speed in tennis player an PNF and Thera-band training during 8weeks

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to investigate the effects of muscle function and serve speed in tennis player an PNF and Thera-band training during 8week. Subject were consisted of the 16 female tennis player on middle and high school, and were divided into training group (PNF+Band) and control group (WT, weight training). This test has reached below outcomes about serve speed and muscle function (peak torque of angular velocity 60°, body weight, total work, ROM, average peak torque, against/antagonist ratio) based on 8 weeks training of 16 tennis players. All data were analyzed by ANOVA with repeated measures of SPSS. The results were as follows : Serve speed was no significantly differences between group. However, peak torque of angular velocity 60°, body weight, total work, ROM, average peak torque, against/antagonist ratio showed significantly differences between group. In conclusion, PNF+Band group had better improvement in muscle function rather than WT group of peak torque of angular velocity 60°, body weight, total work, ROM, average peak torque, against/antagonist ratio. Especially, in peak torque/body weight and total work, a power of inner turning round was more effectual in PNF+Band group than WT group.

PNF와 Thera-band 훈련프로그램이 테니스 선수의 등속성 근기능과 서브 속도에 미치는 영향을 규명하기 위해 PNF 요법과 Thera-band 훈련을 병행한 집단(PNF+Band)과 기존의 훈련과 동일하게 weight training을 실시하는 비교집단(WT)을 구성하여 8주간 훈련 전, 후 서비스 속도와 등속성 근기능(각속도 60°에 대한 peak torque/body weight, total work, ROM, average peak torque, agonist/antagonist ratio) 변화를 비교하였다. 그 결과 서브 속도의 변화에서 PNF+Band 집단과 WT 집단간에는 차이가 없었지만, 두 집단 모두 사전보다 사후에 유의한 효과가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 또한 등속성 근기능의 변화에서는 WT 집단에 비해 PNF+Band 집단이 peak torque/body weight, average peak torque의 내회전력, total work의 외․내회전력, agonist/antagonist ratio에서 유의한 효과가 나타났다. 이와 같이 8주간 PNF 운동과 Thera-band를 이용한 훈련프로그램은 ROM, 회전력, 등속성 근기능을 증가시켜 테니스 선수의 경기력 향상시킬 수 있는 효과적인 훈련프로그램으로 추천되어진다.
