Abstract

말초 신경 내에 발생하는 결절종은 그 발생 빈도가 드문 것으로 되어 있고 몇몇 발견된 경우에도 비골경부 및 슬관절부의 비골신경 내에서 주로 발생되는 것으로 보고되어 있다. 저자들은 최근에 우측 족관절부 후 경골신경과 그 분지인 내측 족저신경 내에 각각 발생한 결절종을 경험하였고 완전 절제로서 후유증 없이 치료하였기에 이를 문헌고찰과 함께 보고하는 바이다.색인단어: 후 경골신경, 내측 족저신경, 결절종, 절제술신경 내 발생하는 결절종은 드물지만 아무런 치료 없이 진행되었을 경우 신경학적 손상의 악화로 인해 일반적인 결절종의 양호한 결과와는 다르게 그 위치에 따라 감각기능 및 운동기능에 막대한 지장을 초래할 수 있으므로 보다 정확한 진단과 적극적인 치료가 필요할 것으로 사료된다.
