여가제약 협상 전략 척도의 개발과 적용

Abstract

이 연구는 여가제약 협상 전략 측정도구를 개발하여 타당도와 신뢰도를 검증하고 이를 적용하여 여가제약 협상전략이 여가스포츠 참가경험에 미치는 영향을 규명하는 데 있다. 이 연구는 2007년 서울지역에 거주하고 있는 만 19세 이상의 성인을 모집단으로 설정하였으며, 집락무선표집법을 활용하여 400명의 연구대상을 표집 하였다. 이 연구에서는 설문지의 타당도를 검증하기 위하여 전문가 회의 및 패널 조사, 탐색적 요인분석과 확인적 요인분석을 실시하였으며, 신뢰도를 검증하기 위하여 문항분석, 평가자간 신뢰도, 그리고 내적 일관성 신뢰도 검증을 실시하였다. 이상과 같은 연구방법 및 절차를 통하여 이 연구에서는 다음과 같은 결론을 도출하였다. 첫째, 여가제약 협상 전략 척도의 타당도는 매우 높다. 즉 여가활동 동반자 탐색, 여가활동비 마련과 시간관리, 여가활동 강도조절, 기술습득, 에너지 충전, 열망 변화 등의 6개 요인을 추출확인하였으며, 특히 여가활동 동반자 탐색, 여가활동비 마련과 시간관리 노력은 결정적 구성변수이다. 둘째, 여가제약 협상 전략 척도의 신뢰도는 높다. 셋째, 여가활동 강도조절 노력이 클수록 여가스포츠 참가가 증가하는 반면, 여가활동 에너지 충전 노력이 클수록 비 여가스포츠 참가가 증가한다.
