Abstract
The goal of this thesis examined these ssireum players and determined on how lumbar stabilization kinetic program affects their lumbar strength and muscle activity. The study was conducted for 15 ssireum players, which were randomized into two groups. The first group with 8 players who were underwent in the lumbar stabilization kinetic program using a Swiss ball, and the second group with 7 players who were underwent in a traditional lumbar stabilization kinetic program for 8 weeks respectively. Before and after the training. First, the first group who were underwent in a lumbar stabilization kinetic program using a Swiss ball showed a significant (p<.05) difference between before and after the treatment of back muscle strength. Back muscle strength was 159.00 ($\pm$12.08) kg before the treatment and was 169.31 ($\pm$11.87) kg after the treatment. Second, ssireum players who were underwent in a lumbar stabilization kinetic program using a Swiss ball showed a decrease in their peak torque reach time from 202.00 ($\pm$8.36) Msec to 178.00 ($\pm$21.67) Msec before and after the treatment, but its difference was not statistically significant. Third, the first group who were underwent in a lumbar stabilization kinetic program using a Swiss ball showed an increase in muscle activity of their oblique and transverse abdominis from 15.84 ($\pm$13.48)% MVIC to 53.52 ($\pm$15.44)% MVIC before and after the treatment, and its difference was also statistically significant (p<.001). Increase in back muscle strength of the group that were underwent in a lumbar stabilization kinetic program using a Swiss ball may be due to an increase in body core stability muscle activity which stems from an increase in oblique and transverse abdominis muscle activity.
이 연구는 씨름선수들을 대상으로 볼을 이용한 요부안정화 운동 프로그램이 요부 근력 및 근활성도에 어떠한 영향을 미치는지 알아보는데 있다. 성인 씨름선수 15명을 대상으로 볼을 이용한 요부안정화 운동 프로그램 집단 8명(실험군), 전통적 요부안정화 운동 프로그램 집단 7명(대조군)에게 8주간 요부안정화 운동 프로그램을 실시하였다. 첫째, 볼을 이용한 요부안정화 운동 프로그램을 적용한 집단의 훈련 전.후 배근력 변화에서는 훈련 전 159.00($\pm$12.08)kg에서 훈련 후 169.31($\pm$11.87)kg으로 나타났으며 통계적으로도 유의한(p<.05) 차이가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 볼을 이용한 요부안정화 운동 프로그램으로 훈련한 씨름선수의 peak torque 도달 시간에서는 훈련 전 202.00($\pm$8.36)Msec에서 훈련 후 178.00($\pm$21.67)Msec로 감소하였으나 통계적으로도 유의한 차이를 보이지 않았다. 셋째, 볼을 이용한 요부안정화 운동 프로그램 집단에서 복사근과 복횡근의 근 활성도가 훈련 전 18.54($\pm$13.48)% MVIC에서 훈련 후 53.52($\pm$15.44)%MVIC로 증가한 것으로 나타났으며 통계적으로 유의한(p<.001) 차이를 보였다. 볼을 이용한 요부안정화 운동 프로그램을 적용한 집단의 배근력 증가는 복사근및 복횡근의 근 활성도 증가로 인해 체간 안정성 근육의 활성도가 증가한 것으로 생각된다.
