An Evaluation for the Potential of the Han River Marina for Activating Aquatic leisure - focusing on Han Liver -

Abstract

With many changes in social environments like a decrease in labor hours, tourism types is changed. changing social environments can cause a people's interests about tourism change, too. the Korea is facing various difficulties that have to meet the demand about leisure and cultural activities. Accordingly, the Han River, and using resources in close proximity with leisure facilities and activities should be developed. In addition, the meeting of rivers and land areas has enormous potential as a tourist spot. but the Han Liver can not perform a proper role. because that is the lack of amenities and monotonous landscape. therefore, It is expected that development of recreational facilities in the Han River will help the activation of recreational culture in the future. This study goal is to review the potential of the water activities and intend to evaluate. This study will make a activate of aquatic leisure activities in the Han River through a new recreational aquatic facility called marina.
