Abstract
The mushroom Agrocybe aegerita was analyzed to evaluate the nutritional value of this potential food and to enhance the cultivation and consumption. Among the nutritional compositions of Agrocybe aegerita, contents of crude proteins, crude fats and ashes were 38.3%, 3.0% and 8.2% respectively.
