Abstract

The purpose of this study is to investigate the relationship between entrepreneurial factors and entrepreneurial intention on student. This study is designed to examine the effect of entrepreneurial factors on entrepreneurial intention. Data for the study was compiled through surveys on 300 students who study in engineering school of H university. Empirical results of the hypothesis testing are summarized as follows: The results indicate that both two variable groups have positively influenced the entrepreneurial factors was highly related to entrepreneurial intention. The factors entrepreneurship are background, individual and situational factor. This all factors influence on entrepreneurial intention. The entrepreneurial factors had a positively influence on will power of entrepreneur. The entrepreneurial factors had a positively influence on performance of entrepreneur.

21세기 들어서면서 고용 불안 요소가 증가하고 고용 기회가 점차 축소되고 기업 성장과 고용의 선순환 구조가 붕괴되고 있다. 이 시점에서 창업은 성장과 고용간의 선순환 구조의 매개체 역할을 수행하고 경제의 안정 지속성장 토대 제공하며 사회적 문제 해소에 기여할 수 있는 최선책일 수 있다. 최근 정부의 창업재원이 증가 하였고, 1 인 창조기업을 위한 창업 성장 프로그램이 대폭 증가하였다. 따라서 본 논문은 창업 시장의 확대되고 정부지원책도 증가되고 있는 시점에서 벤처창업 후보군중 하나인 대학생들이 창업을 하는데 있어 중요한 영향을 미치는 창업요인과 창업의지의 관계에 대해 알아보고 자 연구모형을 제시하였다. 연구모형을 검증하기 위하여 공과재학생 300명을 대상으로 연구목적에 적합한 표본을 추출하여 연구가설을 검증 하였으며 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 창업요인은 창업의지에 긍정적인 정(+)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 세부적으로 나뉜 배경적 요인과 개인적 요인 그리고 상황적 요인 모두에서 긍정적인 정(+)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 째, 창업요인은 창업의지 중 창업의지력에 긍정적인 정(+)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 창업요인은 창업의지 중 창업실행력에 긍정적인 정(+)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 창업요인별 세부 항목으로 나뉘어 살펴본 결과 창업의지에 많은 영향을 미치는 요인으로는 긍정적인 마인드, 대학원 이상의 교육을 받고자 하는 의지, 창업한 친구를 부러워하는 성향, 창업관련 업무를 배워보고자 하는 의지가 창업을 실천하는 데 있어서 중요한 요인으로 작용함을 알 수 있다. 결론적으로 창업에 있어 중요한 사항은 개인이 처해있는 배경도 중요하고 긍정적인 사고를 하는 개인적인 성향 그리고 교육, 자금 등 처해있는 상황 등 다방면의 요인이 모두 상호관계가 있음을 알 수 있다.
