Abstract
A rapidly growing urban population since the 1980s, penetration of the apartment house were increased. Attention of Prevention of defect that occur caused by increasing the penetration of the apartment house has been increasing. Fraudulent Construction Works Occurring during of Construction Works and defects of appear after the completion cause waste of resources, economic losses. It is very important to minimize the occurrence of defects because defects of Apartment House caused mental and physical damage to tenant and also It gave a great impact credibility of business and economic losses to Construction company. Even the proportion of defect are smaller than other process in whole process of construction. But if you assessed that by cost of repair, level of difficulty and influence of resident, the importance of defects could be different. Therefore, in this study, through a case study to find out the type, reasons of defects and selected priority management by work types to prevent and decrease the defect.
