Abstract

The problem with the Information Ethics is an issue recently since the increase of using Internet by young people. In this study, we developed dilemmas before developing a tool to measure the judgment of secondary school students on the Information Ethic. For this purpose, we selected issues consisted of four kinds of issues(PAPA) by Mason and add recent young people's issues in Korea. By experts in the related fields, we have developed dilemmas for each issues. we have proven the validity of completed dilemmas through pilot test by 30 secondary school students. As a result we completed 12 dilemmas able to measure the judgment of young people on the Information Ethics.

청소년들의 인터넷 사용률이 높아지면서 정보윤리에 관한 문제들이 대두되고 있다. 본 연구의 목적은 한국의 중 고등학생들을 대상으로 한 정보윤리판단력 측정도구 개발에 앞서 이에 적합한 딜레마를 개발하는 것에 있다. 이를 위해 문헌 연구를 기반으로 Mason이 제시한 PAPA의 네 가지 이슈와 함께 우리나라에서 청소년 문제로 대두되고 있는 이슈를 추가적으로 선정하였다. 이후 연구진 협의회를 거쳐 각 이슈에 적합한 딜레마를 개발하였다. 개발된 딜레마는 30명의 중 고등학생을 대상으로 한 파일럿 테스트 후 전문가 검토를 거쳐 내용타당도를 검증받았다. 그 결과 청소년의 정보윤리판단력 수준을 측정할 수 있는 12가지의 딜레마가 완성되었다.
