The Experience of Psychodrama for Collage Students : Phenomenological Study

대학생의 사이코드라마 경험에 관한 현상학적 연구

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to analyze the experiences of psychodrama for collage students with Giorgi's phenomenological perspective. Psychodrama was conducted to 20 participants at workshop of collage students in September 2012. The results were grouped 4 components and 14 sub-components. The components were as follows; 'We're about to see the New World', 'There is a power moving my mind', 'mature interpersonal', 'guide of my life', 'Turning point of my life', and 'passion for psychodrama'. Based on the results, we know that the experience of psychodrama for collage students get process of knowing themselves and this program is a good opportunity to spread the psychodrama.

본 연구의 목적은 Giorgi의 현상학적 연구방법을 활용하여 대학생들의 사이코드라마 경험을 분석함으로써 향후 대학생을 위한 사이코드라마 워크샵을 기획하는데 기여하고자 한다. 이를 위해 2012년 9월 대학생 20명을 대상으로 사이코드라마 교육과 실연을 한 후 Giorgi의 현상학적 관점으로 분석하였다. 그 결과, 6개의 구성요소와 14개 하위 구성요소가 도출되었다. 6개 구성요소는, '신세계를 보는 것 같음', '내 마음을 움직이게 하는 힘이 있음', '성숙한 대인관계', '내 삶의 길잡이', '내 인생의 전환점', '사이코드라마에 대한 열정' 등이었다. 이러한 결과를 바탕으로 대학생들의 사이코드라마 경험은 자신을 알아가는 과정이라는 것을 알 수 있었으며, 대학생들에게 사이코드라마를 확산시킬 수 있는 좋은 기회가 되었다는 것을 알 수 있었다.
