Needs Analysis for Smart Learning in University Education and Plans for Activation

대학교육의 스마트러닝에 대한 요구분석과 활성화 방안

Abstract

This research is geared toward seeking realistic measures for the activation of Smart Learning in the college/university educational setting. For this purpose, the theoretical foundations are studied, a needs analysis is performed through a survey of college students and office workers, and the education plan for the activation of this is researched. Through the survey, "The opinions on the Smart Learning implementation in a college/university educational setting, prerequisite to Smart Learning implementation in a college/university educational setting and its teaching style", "Communication and social relationship between the instructor and the learner", "Educational psychology, teaching methodology, educational administration, curriculum", "On university-industry cooperation", "Desired educational contents", etc. are investigated. On the basis of the above research findings, the activation plans such as "The reinforcement of technological support from the college/university side", "The development of the digital media competency of instructors", "The development of the digital media competency and the digital media related socio-ethical sense of responsibility of learners", "The prevention of the negative aspects of the Smart Learning", "Integrated and Multi-disciplinary education, collaborative learning and university-industry cooperation", etc. are proposed.

본 연구는 대학교육에서 스마트러닝을 활성화시키는데 대한 현실적 방안을 모색하고자 이를 위한 이론적 토대를 정리하였고, 대학생과 직장인 대상의 설문조사를 통해 이에 대한 요구분석 및 활성화 방안을 연구하였다. 설문조사를 통해 "스마트러닝의 대학교육 시행에 대한 의견", "전제조건과 교육방식", 스마트러닝에서 이루어지는 "교수자와 학습자 간의 커뮤니케이션 및 사회적 관계", "교육심리, 교육기술, 교육행정, 교육과정", "산학협동 관련", "교육내용에 대한 요구" 등에 관해 조사하였다. 이상의 연구를 토대로 "대학교 측의 기술적 지원 강화", "교수자들의 디지털미디어능력 함양", "학습자들의 디지털미디어 관련 사회윤리적 책임의식 강화 및 디지털미디어능력 함양", "스마트러닝의 부정적 측면에 대한 예방", "스마트러닝을 통한 융복합적 교육 및 협력학습과 산학협동" 등과 같은 활성화방안을 제시하였다.
