Application of Sociodrama for Interpersonal Relationship Training for College Students

대학생의 대인관계 훈련을 위한 소시오드라마의 활용

Abstract

This study examines the efficacy of the application of sociodrama for interpersonal relationship training for college students. Fifty three students from C university at D city participated the sociodrama workshop for 5 hours. From the analysis of the data, positively significant difference was found in satisfaction, communication, openness among the interpersonal relationships. Specifically, there was found the difference among years of college for participants.; juniors scored higher than freshmen or sophomores in theirs attraction, confidence, understanding. The results supports the efficacy of the application of sociodrama for interpersonal relationship training for college students. There were differences in the effectiveness among different years of college.

본 연구는 대학생의 대인관계훈련을 위한 소시오드라마의 활용성을 살펴보기 위해 D시 C대학교 학생들 중 자발적으로 대인관계훈련 프로그램을 신청한 54명의 대상자들에게 5시간동안 소시오드라마 프로그램을 진행한 후 그 결과를 분석하였다. 그 결과 소시오드라마에 참여한 학생들은 프로그램 참여 전보다 후에 대인관계 중 만족감, 의사소통, 개방성 변화에 긍정적으로 유의미한 차이가 나타났다. 이러한 변화는 학년에 따라서는 1, 2학년 보다는 3학년의 경우 만족감, 신뢰감, 이해성에서 프로그램 전보다 후에 평균이 통계적으로 유의미하게 높아졌다. 이는 대학생들의 대인관계훈련을 위해 소시오드라마를 활용하는 것이 유용하기는 하지만 학년에 따라 그 효과성을 담보하기에는 차이가 있으므로 이를 고려할 필요가 있을 것으로 제안한다.
