Abstract

Contaminants in a mining area are spreading to soil, water or plants, directly or indirectly, and they affect the surrounding environment. The risk of these contaminants should be assessed. In the research of environmental pollution, it is important to study the characterization of behavior of harmful heavy metals as well as their bioconcentration factor. In this paper, we discussed the pollutants and their exposure route in soil of the mining area, behavior of pollutants, and bioconcentration factor.
