Abstract

With the advent of the smart era, interest in the introduction and use of school affairs information systems based in mobile environments is increasing, but research on this has as yet offered insufficient proof. Thus, this study proposes success models for school affairs information systems based on previous information system success models and attempts to offer proof. For this, the continuous use of school affairs information systems is regulated through literature review, while information system quality elements (system quality, information quality, service quality), perceived utility, and user-satisfaction were proposed as variables influencing success. Research results showed that Information quality and service quality has influence on perceived usefulness except system quality. Information system quality and perceived usefulness significantly influence on user satisfaction. As well, perceived usefulness and user satisfaction were found to significantly influence continuance of use. An opportunity to understand behavior when using school affairs information systems in mobile environments is offered through this study, and its research value stems from its proposals for future directions in improving customer loyalty.
