Protein Degradation in Waste Blood for Liquid Fertilizer Production

Abstract
Up to now ca.125,528 tons of waste blood have been produced in a year in Korea. They are maid mainly in slaughter house. Microbial cells were isolated from the soy paste, which were 1~2 years after fermentation-start. These microorganisms could exclude protease, which can degrade protein at low temperature. We studied on the production of liquid fertilizer from bio-waste. The results of this basic study would be very useful for the waste-utilization. Three microbial cells were selected from the isolated strains and analyzed their 16s rRNA. One of them was named as Bacillus subtilis WL-7. The most optimal temperature for protein degradation was
현재 국내 도축장에서 폐기되는 도축 폐혈액은 연간 125,528 ton에 이른다. 이 폐혈액을 친환경적으로 자원화하기 위해 된장유래 단백질분해효소 생성균을 찾았다. 이 균이 생성하는 단백질 분해효소로 유기폐기물을 저온에서 액비로 전환하기 위한 기초실험을 진행하였다. 담근 후 1~2년이 경과한 된장을 이용하여 단백질분해 생성균 3종을 분리하였고, 16s rRNA 분석결과 Bacillus subtilis WL-7이라 명명하였다. 이에 대한 생육특성을 조사하였다. 최적 배양온도는
