A Study on the relation between adolescent's smartphone addiction and psychological mindedness

청소년의 스마트폰 중독과 심리적 마음상태와의 관계 분석

Abstract

This study was conducted to investigate how adolescent's smart phone addiction affect psychological mindedness. In order to achieve the purpose of this study, Jeonju-si and Jeollabuk-do adolescent's enrolled in a survey. t-test, one-way ANOVA, correlation analysis and regression analysis was performed by using SPSS program. The result of this study is that adolescent's smart phone addiction affect on psychological mindedness significantly. Smartphone addiction had a significant influence on psychological mindedness in negative way. The results of this study of adolescent's addicted to smartphones with a greater understanding of material will be important to broaden adolescent's is desirable to recognize the direction of smartphones will be able to provide that opportunity.

본 연구는 청소년들의 스마트폰 중독이 심리적 마음상태에 어떠한 영향을 미치는가에 대하여 알아보는 것을 목적으로 한다. 이를 위해 전주시에 소재한 청소년을 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하였고, 수거한 자료는 SPSS 통계 분석 프로그램을 사용하여 t-검정, 분산분석, 상관분석과 회귀분석을 실시하여 분석하였다. 분석 결과 청소년들의 스마트폰 중독이 심리적 마음상태에 미치는 영향이 유의미한 것으로 나타났으며, 스마트폰 중독이 높을수록 심리적 마음상태는 낮아지는 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구결과는 청소년들의 스마트폰 중독에 대한 이해의 폭을 넓히는데 중요한 자료가 될 것이며, 청소년들이 바람직한 스마트폰 사용 방향을 인식하게 되는 계기를 마련할 수 있을 것이다. 또한, 청소년 복지에서 문제시 되고 있는 스마트폰 중독에 대한 예방과 치료를 위한 기초자료로서 활용 될 수 있을 것이다.
