A Study on Big Data Service Models and Major Business Issues

빅데이터 서비스 모델 및 사업화 주요 이슈에 대한 연구

Abstract

Big data problem in connection with user data explosion and diverse data types has risen dramatically as a major ICT issues, which can create new business values by data collection. accumulation, analysis and application. Also, broad variety of big data service models have been developed in both overseas and domestic markets. In this paper, we showed diverse business cases and raised three major issues of technical issues, professional manpower issues, personal information protection and privacy issues so that various and innovative big data service models could be launched.

스마트 혁명과 함께 이용자가 생산하는 데이터 양이 폭증하고 데이터 유형이 다양화 되면서, 이들 데이터를 수집, 축적, 분석, 활용하여 새로운 가치를 만들어 내는 빅데이터가 ICT 분야의 이슈로 부상하고 있다. 또한, 해외는 물론, 국내에서도 관련 기술 및 시장 성장에 대한 기대감이 올라가면서 다양한 서비스 모델들이 개발되고 있다. 이에 따라 본 논문에서는 다양하고 혁신적인 빅데이터 서비스 모델들이 발굴될 수 있도록 국내 및 해외 성공사례들을 제시하고, 사업화시 고려해야할 기술적 이슈, 전문 인력 문제, 개인정보 보호 및 프라이버시 이슈들을 제기하였다.
