Converged Association Between Suicidal ideation and Neighborhood Environment Among Some Adolescents

일부 청소년에서 자살생각과 거주지역환경과의 융합적 관련성

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to investigate the association between Suicidal ideation and Neighborhood environment among some adolescents. The G city 4,509 people which is suitable for this research at was aimed against the adolescents among the survey data collected. On the area neighborhood environment recognizes was good 1,805 people, was not good was 2,704 people. Suicidal ideation was where the neighborhood environment was bad 12.9%, good 8.8%. And in multiple logistic analysis, neighborhood environment was bad more significantly likely to be Suicidal ideation (OR=1.40, 95% CI=1.14-1.71). Therefore the residential zone environment needs to be monitored through the participation style local resident program. And it is regarded to find the plan that it lowers the suicide idea through the material and emotional converge support to the youth on the area where the residential zone environment is unable to be good in the national dimension.

청소년의 사망원인 중 하나인 자살은 심각한 문제가 되고 있어 거주지역환경과 자살생각과의 관련성을 보기 위한 연구이다. 일부 광역시의 중. 고등학교 청소년을 대상으로 연구참여에 동의한 4,509명으로 하였다. 연구대상자의 일반적 특성, 거주지역환경 인지 여부, 자살특성을 조사하였다. 연구결과 거주지역환경이 좋은 지역의 청소년은 1,805명, 좋지 않다고 인지한 지역의 청소년은 2,704명 이었다. 자살생각은 거주지역환경이 좋지 않는 경우 12.9%, 거주지역환경이 좋은 경우는 8.8% 이었다. 다중로지스틱회귀분석 결과 거주지역환경이 좋지 않는 경우(OR=1.40, 95% CI=1.14-1.71) 자살생각이 유의하게 높았다. 따라서 거주지역환경에 대한 참여형 지역주민프로그램을 통해 거주지역환경을 모니터링 할 필요가 있다. 그리고 거주지역환경이 좋지 못한 지역의 청소년에게는 물질적, 정서적 융합적 지원을 통해 자살생각을 낮추는 방안을 국가적 차원에서 강구해야 할 것으로 사료된다.
