Abstract
The criterion of success on SCM for manufacturing companies is absolutely depend on that the production departments execute their line followed by the production plan itself from APS FP system. Therefore it is very important how we design the FP system architecture and the way of execution at production line. The main reason of the difference of SCM operation level between SET and Material Divisions is whether the design of FP system is based on the production line environment or not and FP production plan works at the production line or not. This research focuses on the methodology to set up SCM Planning System for Semiconductor and LCD manufacturing companies comparing to SET Electronics manufacturing companies.
