A Study on the Influence of Defense Acquisition Speciality on Project Performance

Abstract

This research studies that project performance is affected by defense acquisition professional. As a result of research, identify professional factor in defense project management and key elements in project manager. Aod then, use to train professional in defense project sector in the future. The proposed mode\ and hypothesis are validated by a survey analysis. The results have shown that professional affect directly the project performance, professional influence of management skill and high level management skill have an effect project performance. So, we need to train lasting the factor of professional and develop management skill to get high performance in defence acquisition field.
