Abstract

The objective of this study was to determine the priority related to the operation of the packaging system for improving the logistics efficiency between the manufacturer and the distributor. Another objective was to investigate the priority for improving and identifying the importance of SOMETHING. Therefore, this study structured and systematized all factors that constituted the decision-making, associated with the packaging system operation in order to improve the logistics efficiency between the manufacturer and the distributor. The results of priority analysis on top evaluation factors of the AHP analysis related to the RRP packaging system showed that the weight of SCM efficiency was the highest (0.435). The final weight of each evaluation factor was calculated by multiplying the weight of the top evaluation factor and that of the bottom evaluation factor. The issue of insufficient reflection of the opinions of the people in charge of logistics packaging of the manufacturers in the early stage of the partnership aspect had the highest weight (0.161).
