Abstract

The purpose of this study was to investigate the effects of the aerobic exercise program with resistance exercise on body composition and inflammation markers response in the elderly women. The subjects consisted 40 elderly women, who was aged 65${\sim}$75 years were checked by a blood test, body composition and exercise stress testing. In measurement index, blood test were measured of WBC, albumin, RF, CRP, and fibrinogen We enrolled 20 exercise group into the participated 12 weeks resistance exercise with aerobic exercise program. Statistical analysis was performed using analysis of paired t-test. Results of this study were as follows; In the body composition, exercise group were showed significantly effects of resistance exercise with aerobic exercise program participation, but control group were no significant. And in the changes rate of body composition, exercise group were showed significant effects of resistance exercise with aerobic exercise program participation In the WBC, exercise group were showed significantly effects of resistance exercise with aerobic exercise program participation, but control group were no significant. In th CRP and RF, CRP were showed significantly effects of resistance exercise with aerobic exercise program participation in the exercise group, and RF were showed no Significantly effects of resistance exercise with aerobic exercise program participation in the each groups. In the Fibrinogen, exercise group were showed significantly effects of resistance exercise with aerobic exercise program participation, but control group were no significantly. And in the changes rate of inflammation response, exercise group were showed significantly effects of resistance exercise with aerobic exercise program participation These data suggest that the complex physical activity program is an effective to improve CVD, metabolic function and inflammation response. Conclusionally, elderly women will no longer be a rare event, and providers have to prepare to treat such patients on a regular basis.
